STUDENT OF THE MONTH
Art matters student of the month’ is a monthly competition to promote Art Student to excel in the field of fine Art. It is an initiative to encourage students pursuing visual arts and drive onto a sense of competition and portray their ideas. The competition is planned every month which is conducted online. The best five paintings will be awarded “Student of the Month” and subsequently posted in Art Matters website. The best paintings shortlisted for a year will go through a rigorous scrutiny and out of that the best selected 10 will be awarded “ Art Matters – Art Student” in the annual exhibition of Art Matters.
Rules & Regulation
- Competition is only for students of visual arts, fine arts (Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree / Diploma / PG Diploma Animation / Multimedia or any equivalent course.)
- Entries are accepted through online mode only.
- No specified theme for the art work Painting/Printmaking/Graphic/Sculpture.
- For digital/poster design, theme of the month(November 2020) is “Children safety”
- Works are judged on the basis of concept and creativity.
- Participants are limited send only one work per month and should done during the academic period.
- Participants should clearly mention Title, size of the Work in their entries and also send small video of doing work.
- Participant should submit Scanned image or Photo of the College ID & Profile Photo.
- Participants should bring their monthly Selected works to Annual show of ‘Art Matters’ for Exhibition.
